Welcome to Atkinson Aeronautics & Technology, Inc.

Atkinson Aeronautics & Technology is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business specializing in Force Protection, Information Operations, Electronic Warfare, Cyber Security, anti-terror and C-RCIED.  We support our customers with a broad spectrum of system engineering, acquisition, logistics, and program management expertise.

We have multiple contracts involving warfighting needs definition, technology solution identification, maturation and transition planning, system development and integration, operations, and sustainment.

Our former military and public safety professionals provide analysis and solutions development regarding a number of weapons systems. These efforts include UAS operations in National Airspace and maritime environments, weapon systems integration, ISR application, military/civil aircraft operations, and security support to Navy, Marine Corps, non-DoD government agencies, and academia. 

Our recently awarded air carrier certificate expands our services into commercial airborne operations as an added element of our broad systems capabilities.

Headquartered at Dahlgren, Virginia, we also have operations in Alaska, California, New Mexico, Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, and Maryland.

Atkinson Aeronautics & Technology recently received an air carrier certificate from the FAA. Under this certificate, we now offer on-demand passenger and cargo carriage throughout the continental US and Alaska. Contact us for more information on booking your next flight with us!

Atkinson was recently awarded a task to develop initial schoolhouse materials for USMC use in delivering Electronic Warfare training for its UAS operators.

Atkinson was awarded a task to perform studies related to USMC UAS capabilities, to include integration of Electronic Warfare capabilities.

Atkinson has developed an introductory course for public safety officials as a tool for developing departmental concepts for adaptation of UAS technologies in their operations. The first course is now available and will soon be offered in the Fredericksburg Virginia area.
